How we can help

When it comes to recovery, we know that everyone’s goals are different, whether that’s making small changes, stopping completely, or finding new ways to stay safe and healthy. Whatever it is that you want to achieve, we’ll support you to get there - and we’ll be WithYou every step of the way.

One-to-one support for young people aged 11-25 in Wigan & Leigh who are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.

One of our Young Person's Workers will meet with you regularly to help you work through some of the things you are struggling with.

You can bring a parent or another person you trust, if you feel nervous about coming to see us.

Group work is helpful because it helps you learn from other people’s experiences and shows you that you are not alone. Many of the young people who work in our groups form strong bonds and friendships.

You'll work together with a small group of young people on a specific issue that you share. Your Young Person's Worker will talk to you about groups, to see if this is the right option for you.

We have a specialist family team at WithYou in Wigan and Leigh.

The team works closely with children’s services to support families affected by drugs or alcohol to remain as a unit.

The family team also offers support around parenting and living well, as well as family fun days.

We offer school, community or group interventions to support young people.

This includes:

  • Drug and alcohol awareness
