What we offer

We are a NHS qualified provider of free, high quality, evidence based, talking therapies for those struggling with common mental health problems. We offer support for a range of problems including depression, stress, anxiety, panic, trauma, bereavement, relationship problems and many more. We specialise in talking therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Integrative Psychotherapy, Couples Counselling for Depression and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and offer telephone support, psychoeducational groups and face to face sessions. Face to face sessions are delivered from venues across Canterbury, Faversham, Whitstable and Herne Bay and evening appointments are available.

Our therapists and practitioners look at the whole problem when supporting people and are therefore also experts in signposting clients to organisations which can help address practical problems impacting on their mental wellbeing. They also know the benefits of exercise on our mood, so they run a health walk every fortnight from central Canterbury which promotes physical and mental wellbeing as well as a great opportunity to meet new people.

Over the last year alone they have offered support to thousands of people in the local community who have been battling with common mental health problems. The therapy our team offers is of such good quality over 70% of clients who complete treatment make improvements in their mood and 99% of clients asked give positive feedback of the service they have received. "

“Thank goodness for this service and the support I have had, without it I seriously wonder whether I would still be on this planet. I am on a journey towards being happier and healthier than I have ever been and I owe everyone so much. Thanks from the bottom of my heart x.”
