What we offer

Families Together Project is a family service in Renfrewshire. Our aim is to help families affected by drug and alcohol problems, offering intensive support and individual recovery plans.

We are an outreach service, working with families with children up to the age of 8. Our project workers are based at various locations, but will meet families in their own homes or elsewhere in the community.

The Families Together team consists of a project manager, senior practitioner and two project workers. We aim to support 30 families each year. These small caseloads allow us to offer support, based on the needs of individuals and families and can range from daily to weekly. We can offer support every day including Saturday and Sunday.

Mon - Sun: 9:00-17:00

“Although the Families Together Service is a new service, it is based on the model already used within two successful Addaction family services - intensive support, assertive outreach, holistic packages of care, positive relationships and strong collaborative working. I am convinced that this service will be an important addition to service provision within East Dunbartonshire."
