What we offer

R HUB is a recovery and reintegration service providing service users the opportunity to engage with structured programmes including relapse prevention, drop in activities, peer led groups and 1-1 support, 7 days a week 365 days a year. We also offer a safe environment for individuals to meet new people and build on their support networks over hot lunches or a cup of tea in our recovery café.

Volunteering

The R HUB currently runs a 12 week mentoring course offering service users the opportunity to learn the required skills to support them in to mentoring and volunteering opportunities across Bournemouth.

We have volunteering opportunities for those looking to develop their career including administration and therapeutic services and also to adults in recovery through the Amy Winehouse Foundation. Please click here to download more information and click here to download an application form.

"We are building a community where individuals are encouraged to take ownership of their own recovery and actively contribute to the service as a whole. As a staff team our job is to support individuals in identifying goals that will enable them to maintain abstinence whilst unlocking each individuals potential to live a fulfilled life full of fun and achievement."

Manager

"It is nice to be in an environment where everyone is working on achieving the same goal. I find the groups stimulating, fun and they keep me focused. I always leave feeling my goals are achievable."
