Meet the Scotland Management Team

Andrew Horne - Director for Addaction Scotland

Andrew has overall accountability for all services in Addaction Scotland (including Drink Wise Age Well). He has more than 30 years' experience in the addictions field and has worked for Addaction for 12 years. Andrew has degrees in Addiction Studies and Social Work Management and is determined to make Addaction Scotland help more people on the road to recovery.


Roseanne McLuskie - Associate Director

Roseanne has responsibility for the operation of specific services within Addaction Scotland. These are sited in Argyll & Bute, Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway and Glasgow (which has associated services in East Dunbartonshire and Renfrewshire). Rosie began working with Addaction in 2004 in project admin, before progressing to regional admin and eventually to the associate director that she is today. Roseanne is currently studying for a postgrad diploma in leadership and management in Social Work Services.


Stephen Ebbitt - Interim Associate Director

Stephen shares Addaction service responsibility with Roseanne and is responsible for the services in Borders, Dundee, Fife, Clearer Choices in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire and the Lanarkshire BBV service. Stephen was previously the chief executive of Glasgow's Simon Community, which deals with homelessness. While there, he was crowned Voluntary Sector Director of the Year (2006), having previously been Social Entrepreneur of the Year (2001) in Glasgow.


Hazel Smith - Business Support Manager for Scotland

Hazel started out with Addaction Scotland doing business admin for Fife’s Harm Reduction Service. She's now Business Support Manager for Scotland. Her work ranges from recruitment and contracts, to health and safety and recycling, while supporting the senior management team and the National Council for Scotland.


Pamela May - HR Operational Partner

Pamela has HR experience in the construction, transport, food and newspaper industries. She now provides HR support to service teams across Scotland. Pamela has a BA (Hons) degree in Tourism, a PgDip in Human Resource Management and a Managing Safety qualification from the Institute of Occupational Health.
