Addaction appoints four new Trustees

Public health charity Addaction has appointed four new trustees. The new members strengthen the board’s commercial, financial, and service design expertise.

Lynne Clow

Lynne is Senior Vice President of HR at KCA Deutag. Her responsibilities include leading the HR function strategically and operationally. She spent six years with Deutsche Bank before joining a technology company as Global Human Resources (HR) Manager.  Lynne then re-joined Standard Life PLC and led the International HR team to support the company’s flotation on the stock market.

Sarah Drummond

Sarah is the founder of service design consultancy, Snook. She helps clients across the public and private sectors redesign their services so they are more intuitive, useful and effective. Sarah was introduced to Addaction through Snook doing a short piece of work earlier this year to help change our IAPT services. Her clients are across England and Scotland, and she brings strong professional networks within Scotland.

Mehul Tank

Mehul was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Hobbs. He spent his career in retail, financial and commercial leadership, digital delivery and private equity. He brings a strong focus on understanding and meeting people’s needs, and delivering multi-platform services.

Jeremy Fish

Jeremy is the CEO of Ardent Hire, a national equipment company that is undergoing major transformation and growth. He has a strong background in commercial blue-chip companies, leading operational improvement, commercial growth and staff development across geographically dispersed organisations.

Chief Executive Mike Dixon said: “We’re proud to welcome four outstanding people to the board. These are vital strategic appointments at an important point in our development. We’ve got ambitious plans for the coming three years and Lynne, Sarah, Mehul and Jeremy will bring invaluable insight and expertise for the journey ahead.”
