Mental health services
We support people to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
We provide a wide range of holistic treatments for people who are experiencing mild, moderate or severe mental health problems that are having an impact on their daily lives. Our services include telephone support, counselling, group work and cognitive behavioural therapy, but we will work closely with you to provide support that’s right for you.
We have significant experience in providing IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) and our Thinkaction services (the new mental health branch of Addaction) can offer a wide range of help and support to help you feel yourself again.
We also provide help and support to families and carers with a friend or a loved one who is suffering from mental health issues. We understand this can have a significant impact on relationships and quality of life. We’re here to help you cope and offer ways in which you may be able to help your loved one.
