"After my friends made me go to my GP about how I was feeling, I referred myself to Addaction. I had my first assessment really quickly and had a number of counselling sessions with my therapist, Pete. We worked through how I was feeling and he gave me really useful advice and coping mechanisms to help me sleep.
I am a different woman. I now have more confidence and feel so much better in myself. Having someone to talk to really helped me. Since my counselling, I have joined the Move to Improve walking groups, which I love.
