For children and young people

We know that adult services can be either intimidating or irrelevant to younger people, so our Young Addaction services are specifically for under-18s.

We’ll listen to you, and help with any problems you might be having. We won't share what you tell us without asking your permission first, and we won’t get you into trouble.

Unfortunately, we don't have Young Addaction services everywhere. But we do have them in the following areas at the moment:

• Brent
• Buckinghamshire
• Cornwall
• Derby
• Halton
• Liverpool
• Lancashire
• Lincolnshire
• Middlesbrough
• South Yorkshire

Even if you don't have a problem, we’re still keen that you stay safe and are aware of the risks to do with drugs and drink. We can give you advice and information, and can talk things over with you.

Our child protection policy is in accordance with nationally recognised guidance, and was developed in consultation with the Barnardo's Policy Unit.
