Everyone experiences ups and downs in life. It is completely normal to feel a full range of emotions - including happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, fear and surprise.
Sometimes, we can stop feeling and become numb, or we can find that one emotion takes over - for example, we may become sad or fearful most of the time. These feelings can have a negative impact across all areas of life. It is very common to experience some changes in mental health over the course of your life - one in four people experience a mental health concern in any one year.
