Health and wellbeing
When you come to our services the thing you will notice is that we treat you in the same way as we treat each other. We are all human beings and we all have strengths and vulnerabilities.
We recognise that for some people life has led them to a place where they feel they are unable to see their strengths. It is our job to help you recognise your own strengths and we do that by bringing our expertise and experience to you - from our senior medics to our most recent volunteer.
Recovery is about wellbeing. We are here to help you recover your confidence in your ability to live your life well. Addaction will help you change your behaviour to become the very best that you can be. It could be your drug or alcohol use or worries about your mental health - we will support you to make lasting change in your life.
