Advice and information

Addaction produce a number of publications to help you feel better-informed about drugs, alcohol and the problems they can cause.

Drug information leaflets

Drug leaflets

We publish a range of leaflets that keep you better informed about specific drugs (including alcohol), their legal status and their effects. As part of this range, we have included information on safer injecting as well as guidance on what you should do if someone overdoses.

You can download a copy of each leaflet (as a pdf) below. If you would like to order printed copies, please contact Anna on 020 7017 2753.

Know what you’re talking about

Addaction recognises that many parents don’t feel confident talking about drugs with their teenage children. But we also know that discussing the subject as a family can help stop young people getting into trouble. ‘Know what you’re talking about’ guide gives parents basic information to make them more confident about raising the issue.
